Overall: nice staff, decent room, cheap price, and while maybe not with the best attitude, they will go out of their way to help they're appreciated customers.
Out dated, over priced, very slow internet/WiFi, ok pool, good central location.

The staff is attentive when needed, and they will do more than they're required to because they're good people. Amenities are in good shape, beds just right. They do not have a snack vending machine though. Good place
My problem was (who I think is) the owner. The lady at the front was nice but the man had a negative attitude while (actually) helping me.
He even asked that I give him a "great review" online due to him being so nice. Well sir, I told you I would give you a good review, and I have. I do very much appreciate you being so nice by giving me a room to stay and keeping me from having to sleep in a car for the night, but remember that the tone of your voice can change a conversation.
I think I had the opposite experience of everyone else. The room was good (great actually, considering the price was cheap) and everything in it worked fine. No issues with anything in the room and I didn't have a problem with my bed (as someone commented). No bad smells or gross sheets/blankets. I have to mention again that the room was cheaper (in price) than I expected.
I'm assuming that you really did mean well and we're surely annoyed because you wanted business, but wanted us to know you didn't have to help. But if you TELL someone that you're being nice instead of assuming they know it through your actions, it makes it seem like you're NOT being nice.

Don't get any of the rooms right over the front door. The staff likes to sit out there and smoke all day. Fine if you leave your window closed, drifts right inside the room if you don't.
Mind you, his actions were VERY kind (there was a problem with booking that was not their fault at all - but I had not known of. And even though they were booked, they managed to find a room for us). While he did not have to help us by finding us a room, he felt the need to keep reminding me that he's being SO nice, and that he doesn't HAVE to help us. I understand you are being nice by helping me, you don't have to rub it in my face like I owe you something now.
