Access to hotel is somewhat difficult due mainly to lay out of main road and side feeder streets. Hotel has weird long narrow design with only one slow elevator at one end. A walk from the opposite end rooms down the hallway to elevator and lobby is exceedingly long.
Awesome staff! I enjoy staying here and will keep coming back when I am in town. Front desk staff Mike and Mark go out of their way to be helpful. They offer great customer service and are very welcoming. This hotel is kept clean and is very comfortable. Management and Maintenance are quick and attentive if there are issues. Everyone is super friendly!
Hotel is clean, rooms were large and well laid out. Pool area was great with hot tub an sauna and well maintained. Breakfast was included and plenty of fresh items and varied. Staff was friendly and attentive. Check in and out was easy.
This was the best Best Western I've ever stayed at! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool, sauna and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was outstanding as well as the service! Front desk staff was so nice and made sure we felt at home. I would highly recommend this hotel! I've never had a staff go above and beyond to make us feel welcomed!
Nice place! The rooms were clean and we'll kept. The lady serving breakfast was AMAZING! My kids love it and that is why we will be back.
I thoroughly enjoyed my overnight stay! Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The front desk personnel were both courteous and helpful, and the room was very clean and nicely appointed. The sauna, hot tub and pool were great for me and my family. Breakfast was the best, delicious and filling! We plan to return to Canõn City in the Summer and I'll definitely stay at the Best Western!
