It's a pretty hike can be strenuous trails are rocky but doable the problem we had the second time we were riding our horses after the snow melt a lot of the trees blocked the trails for equestrians. We were unable to do the full loop had to backtrack but it's still beautiful and it's very rugged camping but you can pretty much put your tent anywhere.
Beautiful area. Great camping, hiking, and sport climbing.
Found this place a couple years ago and generally make it back at least once a year since.
This campground is amazing good weekend get away.
Love camping here, the trails my kids love and when it is not summer time it is not so crowded
