Was not impressed. Took 10 days to find out what the status was on my application. They were lucky to even receive a 1 star rating. Very unprofessional. Don't recommend this realtor @ all.
I would give a Zero Star rating if possible. I am selling my house by owner, and a Keller Williams representative called me and harassed me. He stated that it was unethical for me to use online realtor services without an agent, and indignantly asked me why I would rather do that than give business to a local company. Excuse me, but the last time I checked, we don't have to use an agent to sell property that we own. It's a free country and Keller Williams is not entitled to my business.
I have texted and called left voice mails for 4 days and get no reply. Wish I could reach out to the seller and tell them how their listing agent is not getting back to people that are interested in their property.
I know a few of the agents and am impressed with their professionalism. A great place to bring your dreams and let them help you get a home for them. If you need a property management team - they do that to and from what I can see they do a great job of taking care of other peoples' properties.
Agent was late and showed us a property and then abandoned us. We found a customer service oriented realtor who helped us find and purchase a property that is what we wanted.
