As a senior citizen on disability, I was appalled when I got to my appointment and had forgotten my $2 medicaid co-pay. They turned me away and told me I had to reschedule. I asked if I could bring it next time, and the uncaring and complacent receptionist said "That's just not possible". So, I called and spoke with the Assistant Administrator of RMEC and she confirmed they really just didn't care. So, my question is, if they are not intelligent enough to keep a patient, are they competent enough to treat your eyes?
