Very displeased. There has not been 1 time I've been seen where the wait has been less then 30 minutes IN THE WAITING ROOM ALONE. This isn't including how long it takes to be taken back, and actually seen by my doctor. I understand being busy, but over booking and constantly running late is bad practice. The only reason I wouldn't rate 1 star is because the medical assistants and counter staff have always been friendly and professional. I will be switching doctors VERY soon.
My whole family goes here, we have always loved seeing the same doctor.
Absolute joke!! We have had one bad experience after another! Have no idea why we stayed this long! On three different occasions we have had them cancel our appointment after we already arrived. They have been told numerous times our phone # has changed and they continue calling the wrong # to cancel them. God knows who they are leaving our messages with! Wouldn't be so bad but we live far and they don't seem to care that they are totally inconveniencing you! All they care about is the damn copay!!! Copay copay ! That is all they seem concerned about! Uhg, I will never ever go back!
Victoria is a horrible provider. Called me a pill seeker for asking for prozac, said I wasn't her problem, I was a disabled vet and just to go to the VA instead. Horrible bed side manner. Always liked the other providers up until now. If you want a Dr that actually cares, go else where.
Was told that only one medical issue will allowed to be addressed at a time. Went in with multiple issues that are all related so the care is poor due to the one issue rule. I got sick with pneumonia and in order to be able to get treated for the pneumonia the one thing I chose ,of multiple issues needing attention, had to be abandoned. Have only been there for a short time and have discovered my nurse changed 4 times so far, each time I found out was when a new stranger holding my file enters the exam room. Because of this it's hard to get to know your nurse and even know if you'll have the same one the next appointment. Have never seen or met the one and only doctor that allegedly works there. They absolutely refuse to help with any anxiety disorder, depression, ptsd, development disability, bipolar, panic attacks, insomnia or any other "mental illness".
