Only two things good at this place receptionist and lab tech, they were both very nice. The wait was horrible and the clinic is old and dingy. It took nurse 4 times to get blood pressure. Will be looking in Pueblo for a Doctor I'm comfortable with.
valley wide has a habit of billing a simple office visit to your deductible after charging you the co-pay. then once brought to their attention, they only make excuses as to why you owe the money instead of correcting the issue. when everyone of us knows unless there is a procedure and sometimes not even them, is the only time you charge to the deductible. a normal office visit is a co-pay. at least with county insurance. they still will not correct their mistake..this is the second time it has happened the first time it was corrected now they will not. warning dont make office manager Angie mad, she abuses her power and does not belong in that position if she is going to chose to do so!!!! I will let you know if they make it right though... UP DATE! i contacted juan the first time this happened to me and he did correct it. now I have called juan 4 times and it is as if he refuses to return my call, i have left my name and dob and return call # every time i have left him a message. you can tell from this review there is a lack of attention or concern with this company... please! please! do not subject yourself to this doctors office!!!!!!
We contacted this medical center end of September 2016 and found that the earliest appointment available was November 15! However, after describing the symptoms, the receptionist became very concerned and brought a nurse to the phone to talk to me while giving me the idea that we would be given an immediate appointment! The nurse spoke to my friend and heard his symptoms but seemed very unconcerned about about our worries and returned us to the receptionist who seemed hesitant and apologetic but put us down for the November 15 appointment as her superior instructed! My friend became increasingly worse very rapidly so we sought a second doctor who was more than happy to see us immediately after learning of the symptoms! We learned two days later that my friend has very advanced cancer & is terminal! I would hesitate to recommend this medical practice to anyone for any reason! My regret is that I neglected to get the name of the very unprofessional nurse who obviously failed to recognize these extremely serious symptoms!
