Exceptional place---great information on-line, the best in merchandise, and knowledgeable and efficient employees. Incredible quality and variety of flies. In addition to anything you could want for flyfishing, they also have really good sports clothes (Patagonia, Orvis etc.). If you are there to spend a thousand or five dollars, or just want information, the employees are courteous and knowledgeable. Taylor and his guides are the best .
Don't fish Fremont County waters without visiting these guys first. They possess an outstanding breadth of knowledge of all things fly fishing. The bugs in their shop are specifically tailored for the area and their insight into water flows and dynamics are critical for successful fly fishing on southern Colorado's finicky waterways. Don’t miss this place. I arrived as a total novice never having fly fished before. Brett took us to a beautiful spot ideal for beginners. He was amazingly patient in teaching us to cast correct. He then explained the terminal tackle set up and we were away. To cap of a great mornings sport, we caught four excellent rainbows. I am hooked, Thanks So Much.
