On the service of this particular store, the people are kind but not helpful. I spose it is difficult to be helpful when one represents a company that has the customers' service lowest on the list of priorities. I wouldn't recommend cricket to anyone unless that person enjoys stress and loves throwing money away.
Reception sucks. I use all my data watching pages load that doesn't finish loading. Calls are worse! Charge fees that doesn't exist. Super Sucks Ass
