Dave and Josh installed a tankless water system to my house. The whole process was simple and easy from the estimate process to the installation which by the way took 2 days to install! Had a shower drain that backed up and Patterson Plumbing was able to come out that day, the Technician John Volk was so nice and helpful. John was able to remedy the immediate issue and within no time my shower was ready to go. Thank you again John.

Patterson Plumbing and Heating is always a five star experience. They have taken care of two of my properties over five years. No matter which technicians are called out, their work and their professionalism is exemplary. I like to see that they retain their employees. It's nice to interact with the same people year after year. Not only do you get to know them, but you feel that they know you and your house, adding a special layer of customer care. They are timely, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Their level of communication is exceptional. They have always respected me and my house, down to wearing footies to protect my floors. No matter what the job is, they are prepared and able to execute with very little or no wait time. I want to especially recognize John and Greg. Both of these technicians/plumbers have been to my properties on numerous occasions for different jobs both large and small. They both are professional and capable. John has been my most recent contact with the company, and his attention to detail and to customer care exceeds expectation. I really appreciate that this company has the capacity to handle large, complex jobs, but no question, no matter how small, is unimportant to them if it is a concern to the customer. They handle every contact with a customer with the highest level of professionalism. I have a complex heating system, and I am not technically inclined. They are patient and want to make sure that I understand what I need to know as the home owner. I feel very confident that my house is in good hands with this company.
