We were looking for a place to dump our waste and came across In N Out Conoco while getting gas. Cheapest dump site around! ONLY $5! Very friendly staff, easy to get in and out.

The lady was scooping ice into a dirty ass container. Looked like a little white 'brute' trash can. It had a ring of dark brown around the inside rim, and she was dumping ice into the drink fountain machines. Gross.
Cool little place with a mexican restaurant (Reynaldos) inside.
