Went in to get my 5 year old daughter and i for appointment. Our appointment was at 2 and 230 they got me in early then they asked to my daughter. I have let them do this once before and they did a great job but this time around it was BAD SO BAD. I am a mom who has to wear glasses to see and if anyone knows anything you know people can't see without them. So they took my daughter and cut her hair. I told the lady what I wanted and showed her a picture she said she could do it. My daughter wanted a pixie cut and she got a boy hair cut instead looks nothing like the picture.
Told me a two hour wait. Then told me they I could not make an appointment...... I would have to wait for two hours. There was nobody else in the shop but they were on the list ahead of me. This place is a joke.
I went in for a hair cut and was told the price was under $18. I was charged $36 - when I asked why it was double, the hairdresser said "I used the round brush". What a rip off.
Never had to wait more than a few minutes, even with no appointment. The personnel all seem competent and friendly. Price a little high.
