Jessica is wonderful and extremely talented in What she does. It's obvious to anyone walking in the door that she is passionate about hair and making people feel good about themselves. She knows what she's doing, is very competitive in her pricing, and more than anything, she puts pride in the work she does for her clients. More businesses should represent their clientele that way!
I made an appointment for myself and my grandmother over the phone, for which I was told both cuts would be $20 a piece. We got to our appointment a little early, and ended up having to wait another hour while she finished up a set of nails, and then went out back with her husband for another 10 minutes. Then, she barely spoke, and in between cutting my grandmother's hair and mine, she left to text for a few minutes. She came back, spent 3 minutes cutting my hair, then charged me $25 when she said it would be $20 over the phone. Not impressed the second time around and this makes me sad as I've done nothing but recommend her to my family and friends in town.
