I have been coming here for a few years with multiple vehicles each year I never had a problem until recently. The guy with short black/gray hair is extremely rude and insulting. My last experience with Zerby's will be our last. The way we were treated by that employee has left us with the decisions to never bring them another vehicle to work on. Our money will be spent elsewhere restoring vehicles for veteran nonprofits to use. Never tell a customer that their car is worthless and needs to be junked. You have no idea what that car may mean to someone or if it is all they have. Shame on that man and company for employing such a person.
Amazing shop!! They really take pride in what they do.. The front desk lady Rachael was so helpful!! The mechanic Ron Lutz really knows what's he's doing. I'd recomend him for any car issues!!
This shop is BEYOND Five-Star Great. Awesome and informed caring customer service. They will work with you to make sure you are receiving the best they have to offer. Above and beyond my expectations. Getting Front End RV repairs while traveling can be tough, they made it easy. I felt very comfortable and content. I will definitely give them more business, when i return next season. No other shop makes you feel as good as this shop makes you feel. Their work is accurate, to spec and very reasonably priced.
I recently attended the woman's car clinic and it was such a wonderful experience, the staff of Zerby Automotive taught me new things and all the things I should know about my vehicle! The staff was very kind and everything was planned out so well. I will definetly be going back! :)
