Your staff was very pleasant and attentive. From the time I drove up until the time I drove away someone was focused on me, first one person and then another kept me engaged. Then the recap, concise and informative. The three individuals I enteracted with behaved professionally, worked efficiently, worked well with each other and as a team provided me excellent service.
I could watch the work being done on my car if I wanted. The team communicates well the steps needed and why. They went above and beyond just an oil change. They fixed dings in my windshield, washed all the windows, replaced filters and offered advice about an issue I should see my dealership about.
The bad: they tried to up-sell me to expensive synthetic oil on a car with 93,000 miles. They destroyed my cabin air filter removing it in an attempt to sell me a replacement for $40. (I bought one at the auto parts store for $8 and replaced it myself) They left all the dirt & leaves that fell out of the cabin filter on my floor mats. They left dirty fingerprints on my upholstery.
The price for a basic oil change is OK. But, I suspect many people end up spending more. (they guy ahead of me spent over $100 for his oil change)
I have taken my car to the dealership since I bought my car. But, I became skeptical of their work and came to believe the mechanics weren't doing what I'd paid them to do. I decided to try Jiffy Lube. Sure enough, my filters were Super dirty! No wonder my engine light came on and I couldn't feel my air conditioner. I don't think the filters were EVER changed by the dealership.
I have used them two times here in Canon City. 15 - 20 minutes and we are ready. They looked the Jeep over and found dirty air filter, bad wiper. Asked nicely if I would like to have fixed. No pressure. I will be going back again.
This was my first experience at a Jiffy Lube.
The good: basic oil change is priced OK. They cleaned the outside of my windows. The waiting room had free coffee. (no TV)
I was super satisfied with their efficient service. I will use Jiffy Lube from now on.
Top notch job every time. Brought 2 vehicles in today, & still had them out in time to work, run errands, & pick my kiddo up from school. Honest, professional staff that brings back what it is to do good business in a small town.
