So this experience spans naps in cs, and in canon city. CS naps gave me a part for a 2wd, when I needed and specifically requested the 4x4 part. Didn't discover this until trying to install on my only driver. So one evening wasted. But, could have been a system error, or any number of things. No fault to CS naps. However, the canon city napa refused to accept the part, it didn't come from their store, and wouldn't been consider just taking it back and refunding the card, no, they would have to have the card and the persons id. My 71 mother paid for them over the phone, and napa told her she's got to make a special trip to another store in another town to rectify an honest mistake, but still their mistake. Combined with the fact that the person I talked to on the phone from canon napa last night trying to get the right part seemed not to know many of the parts of a car at all and insisted I needed to bring the broken part in to determine what I needed (hard to when you have one car) save yourself some time and deal with competent parts people. I used to think that was napa all the way. Now their just arrogant headaches, sauce your time and spend your money elsewhere.
Nice store, but some things must be ordered. Carries most all automotive parts.

Can't seem to sell the right part for the job. 3 different times now I have bought the parts to fix my car and taken it apart to repair it. 3 times now I have had to put it back together with worn out parts and use my fuel driving back to napa on worn out parts just to wait 3 more weeks for another refund to wait another month on super Saturday to do it all over again. Should have gotten my parts somewhere else to begin with. Plus each time the "right parts" have gotten more and more expensive. Probably not Barrons fault, probably because the computers suck and they can't even look up a warranty without a physical receipt. Talk about frustrated and discouraged. Time to waste some more gas and time...
