Worst RV dealer EVER!!! We bought a Hybrid brand new last May 2016 had it one weekend, carbon monoxide alarm kept going off took it back to dealership had it two weeks never fixed the problem had to fix it myself. fast forward to this year April 2017 take it out camping for first time canvass is leaking, water pump stops working etc. Call Ashley she says it will be 3 weeks untill they can get it fixed, No problem right??? call a month later and they haven't even had it in the shop yet. So I negotiate trading up so i can go camping sometime this summer, I use probably my 3rd day of vacation time to go pick up new RV on a Friday so the family can go camping. We get there sign the paperwork look over camper get the tour which was a joke, and hook up and pull off hoping to never have to come back. Well should have known better long story short, tub plumbing wasnt hooked up so when we took a shower that night water leaked all out beneath and got trapped in the under belly. So I call first thing the next morning and it takes 4 days and me calling again to get someone to tell me what I need to do. Please do not go here! they do not care about customers and customer satisfaction, all they care about is money and pleasing people passing through with RV trouble. Take your money and invest it somewhere that cares about the products they are selling you and who will bend over backwards to make sure your satisfied.
So I was traveling through with an electrical problem and stopped by. They worked me in and the guy working on my hitch did a decent job. But I was surprised by their rate. He worked on my unit for 35 minutes and charged me $95 for labor. Not sure what a normal rate is in the rv business, but that seemed high to me.
I have never tryed to get a tow through a company so meny times with no sucess i feel that they are lieing to me it is one excuse after another that leads to no phone calls returned.
