Took my Mitsubishi Eclipse in for body work. Not only did the fix the damage but they also repaired my door that wasn’t involved the accident. I am very pleased with them and will go back for future business.
Misleading advertising. We found a vehicle we wanted advertised at a price we thought was a good price. Planned on driving 3+ hours to the dealer to get the vehicle till we were told there advertised price wasn’t available, way to set expectations and then set up your dealership for failure. Glad we found out before we drove there to get the vehicle.
Absolutely amazing experience in the purchase of my 2015 Nissan Juke. Staff was great, friendly and fun. I had the honor of working with Johanna, "the new kid on the block". If you want customer service stay far away from this place! We purchased a truck on 9/1/18 from the dealership and have had the worst time doing it. We found the vehicle in Denver and they made it seem like a huge inconvenience because we were not buying a vehicle direct from their lot. When we did make phone calls none were returned and none of the issues have been resolved. The truck didn't even have a full tank of gas! All we heard was the dealership was not making enough money.
I know off a $50,000+ vehicle there is money to be made. They even mailed the paperwork to the wrong address. If you call they don't bother to call back. We purchased a vehicle through a local dealership so we could have a positive experience. Now I will be driving to Pueblo because I wouldn't trust them with my vehicle behind closed doors. If you want to feel taken advantage of this is the perfect place to buy a vehicle.
