I have used Cornella Bros several times. They are fantastic and Melinda is the best!
Unfriendly service. Late fees imposed when the USPS delivers payments late regardless of proof that payment was sent on time via USPS tracking services. Prior to late fee, when account paid on time, snarky letter sent out to "remind" us that the rent has increased by $1. Literally one dollar. Instead of a friendly reminder, snarky short and rude letter sent out to say the first time is the "last time" they will accept a payment that is one dollar short. Helpful tip to company: try treating your customers with more respect and you may retain business. There are lots of min storage in the area. I'll be moving mine soon.
Great service, friendly staff, very accommodating. I know my storage unit is safe because of their security.
