Went here to pick up my sister and some lady knocked on my car window. I rolled it down and she started yelling nothing i could really understand and it took me forever to get her to leave. I had my kids in the car and was scared for their safety. It was apparent that she was on drugs and not happy. Never going back!

Been staying with a friend here since September 2016 its Aug 1st and just got a notice that we have until the 13th to be out or they will start charging $100 per extra dog which are inside dogs who dont bark. I dont allow it but all other dogs in the cul de sac bark all day sometimes starting at 6:30 am. Wanted to be registered here but when tried manager couldn't be found. They are trying to get cleaned up but manager is hap hazered applying rules made up and no basis in law. Feel sad for my friend who bought a home here.
Drug central. Regular thefts. Vandalism and property destruction. Not child friendly. Not even allowed to have a pool in this desert environment. There is no management, except when they are passing out nonsense fines or are harassing. Some people are allowed to have garden, landscaping, yard sales and other uses but others are not allowed to use their yard for anything, Ever. Constant loose animals. Huge cat colony tearing up property. The park "rules" differ widely from lot to lot as if they are made up on the spot and change without notice until an eviction notice or fine is handed out for the made up offense. Mail station not secure. Not a safe or nice place.
