The older blonde lady with glasses is extremely rude. They’ve officially lost all my business. I won’t even buy stamps from them anymore. Complete post office failure.
This place is horrible! The Postmaster "Julie", wouldn't even let me finish what I was saying before she handled the call to lower staff when I specifically asked to speak to the postmaster. I have now been dealing with mail issues for 1 1/2 yrs since I lived here. Mail gets lost, trampled on with footprints in it, I've got mail that was to was to he delivered for Nov 2016 and received it Feb 2017 (4 months late?) I have received numerous bills a month after due, I get 4-10 people's mail in my box and when I get something sent to my house with my maiden name they reject it. I have had a neighbor 4 doors up come to my house and deliver my mail that he received, thank god he was honest it was a check! I am getting an Ex's mail that I moved to get away from and never transferred both. What a Train Wreck! If I could give a -Negative I would. Something needs done! This is crazy! Had a card sent here 1 1/2 weeks ago with a check for a wedding and once again no one can find it! UNACCEPTABLE!
I think instead of delivering my package they go on a 6 hour break when my package is "out for delivery".
Horrible mail service in this town! Three years later I never had anything shipped from here delivered on time, once Priority Mail took over 2 months! Constantly getting other people’s mail (names not remotely close to mine and some addresses not even remotely close). The delivery personnel seem to think they’re doing us a favor instead of providing a service
I have never had so many problems with a united stated post office as this one. I constantly get mail for people who do not live at my address and I keep telling them they do not live here. It is January 2017 and I'm just now getting my sales flyers mailed to me for Black Friday 2016 that were to be delivered by Nov. 22 2016. I have received bills after they were due and stepped on with shoe prints all over them. I just got an insurance document that was to be returned by Jan. 1st and I received it on Jan. 15.
