DRUGS AND MORE DRUGS!! METH LOVERS
People seem to think these apartments are full of drug addicts and meth heads but they are not. All of my neighbors are so nice (and not meth heads) the manager is super nice and the owners are absolutely wonderful ! Rent is affordable and its in walking distance to a lot things in canon city. And I absolutely love my apartment!
I love my apartment it was the biggest nicest apartment at the most affordable rent I could find. Two years later I still love my apartment my only complaint would be that we've had two bikes stolen from the bike rack outside right after one another. So we wouldn't recommend leaving your bike outside or doors unlocked to your cars. It's not the residents it's the vagrants that steal bikes not just here but all over town. Most of my neighbors are very nice a few are eccentric but completely harmless. Nice apartment manager and reliable maintenance staff. Overall very happy to live here.
