The people at this place are just hateful, and mean and have been this way for many years, they need to be replaced with someone with people skills.
Would rather drive 40 miles to the pueblo or springs location. I have lived here for 30 years and over the years have been to this facility. Recently for my daughters permit. The people here are rude and always have been. I work for a county government entity and that type of service would NEVER be tolerated. i don't understand why it is allowed by them.
Just a normal DMV experience. Don't go during lunch hours if you can avoid it as they are short staffed. Also, the office is not located on 16th as displayed. It is on the east side of town near the movie theater and cold stone.
Always meet by friendly staff, love the small town DMV as the last visit there was no waiting at all at 2 pm in the afternoon.
