On our way to visit the Royal Gorge, we dropped off laundry at "Express Laundry." The woman (I regret not getting her name) was INCREDIBLY KIND. Extremely helpful, and very kind. We asked for a lunch suggestion and she highly recommended Pizza Madness. We are so glad that she did!! It was phenomenal. But what was best was her help and 5 star service. I am so thankful I found her info when searching for a laundromat. She truly saved the day and help us get our toddler's blanket back in working order! Hell hath no fury like a toddler without her blanket. :)
I asked about pressing a single pair of slacks before a important meeting because I wanted a crisp look. Last old lady behind the counter is grumpy and has no couth. $12.50 minimum on laundry and min 5#. I would have paid the $12.50 plus gave her a $20 tip. But since she is crotchety, I'll never ask them for anything again. Thanks for nothing.
Gets the job done, but don't expect to be able to get work done while your there- almost no outlets, a long uncomfortable bench and a few cheap chairs scattered here and there. They definitely have room to put in some tables and outlets in for people to work. Also, some of the soap dispensers were out of order.
They do have high quality machines and machines for bigger loads, so that's a plus. Overall decent laundromat, but I've seen better.
Great, clean location. Employees on site and always friendly and helpful. Awesome rewards program, too! Just wish people wouldn't smoke out front!
