Dr.owusu worst doctor ever. My husband is in pain everyday cause she don't do her job. We couldn't even get a phone call back after waiting 3 weeks for call we call them and ask to speak to someone they put it in notes and we never heard anything after doing her appointment and blood work we never heard anything. I suggest stay away from her unless you have time to waste and u like when people are rude to you.
The doctor isn’t terrible but he changes his mind a lot and doesn’t do what he says he’ll do. His nurse Crystal is the absolute worst nurse ever in the history of nursing. She is a tattooed piece of filth that has no sympathy and cares nothing for anybody else, she even bosses the doctor around so she can get away with anything including getting the doctor to write her prescriptions for opiates. She is scum plain and simple.
I have been going to this clinic for many years. I believe Dr. Lloyd, a physician working there (there are more than one) has been the best one by far. He seems to sincerely care about the patient and spends good, quality time with the patient making sure everything is understood and all questions have been answered. The nurses that work for him seem to be very adequate. I have had one or two very, very unpleasant receptionists, at different appointment dates. Dr, Lloyd, being such a wonderful doctor has kept me coming back. I have never experienced such rude behavior before in a doctors office and hope the practice will excuse them to find other jobs. Dr. Lloyd is worth it!
Horrendous. The wait was long. She sent me for blood work although there wasn't a reason for it. Dr. Owusu is new. And condescending. And rude. Clearly forgetful as my script didn't get called in for days. Sent me for bloodwork even after I already ate that morning (too lazy to reschedule it and note I didn't know I was going to have bloodwork done) then waits two weeks to tell me my bloodwork is abnormal because I ate something beforehand. DUH LADY. Then makes me make a follow up appointment to discuss the concerns that she already knew would be there, is late to work and makes me wait for 30 minutes, and I still didn't get the prescription I needed. I will never ever return.
