A few months later a A/C unit we had at work went down and I called again and left a message that I needed some one to come look at it. Again it was within 30 min that they called me back. A service man explained to me it would be a few hrs be for he could make it because he had other appointments first he was there with in two hrs as he stated. He took the a/c to the shop to check it out. once he figured out what the problem was he called me twice with up dates the first update he apologize for the delay for they were moving shops and still need to get the right out let put in to test it. the second one he gave me a price quote be for they even started working on the unit (amazing).this all took place within a week and half.. Great customer service and communication....
The next time i called them the commercial dryer at work went down the person lady i spoke with to told me that some one would be there by three they had a full schedule that day. She was polite and professional. A service man showed around two that day they figured out that the shaft was broken it took them less then a week to get the part and get it fixed..
They did a great job fixing my washer. Very personable and professional. We will use they again and refer them to friends and family.
I highly recommend franks TV and appliances there fair priced and they do quality work and when you talk to them they make you feel like you have known them for years.

I called franks and left a message that my washer needed help it was chasing me outta the laundry room every time i did a load of laundry and that it was super loud while doing so. I got a call back within 15 min and had a service man at my house within the hour. It took about 20 min to fix my washer and it has done wonder full ever scents...
Horrible purchased a side by side fridge broke two days later then came and fixed it is now broken again and every time I call the guy he doesn't answer not even a voicemail box over priced in the first place but the customer service is completely unacceptable!!
