Small but nice Safeway near downtown Cañon City. Everything you'd have to have, even if they don't have everything you might want. Prices are quite a bit higher than the Wal*Mart nearby, but convenient if you don't want to leave the neighborhood.
Safeway is usually clean and organized. I like the Just4U app and find coupons and sales useful. The employees provide excellent customer service but the customer service desk is difficult because nobody is stationed to work that desk instead you have to have someone called over to assist you. The produce section is not very good. I think it km c4
Will continue to shop at Safeway from time to time. They usually have so good sale prices, friendly clerks and the store is clean an easy to get around.
Good clean store. Organized. Not too busy, check out doesn't take long as they open a new line if more than 3 people in line! Pricing is a bit more, except on sale items.
