Went in to make an appt to get a new wood floor installed. I was told the installer was busy but would call me back. That was 2 weeks ago and i never got a call.
The quality these guys do is great! They took care of installing all our flooring this year. I would use them again. Too bad he is so busy he is always running behind. That is good though too, because business is good.
They had the right color and texture of flooring for us the others couldn't get.
I did some work with Damien. He is disrespectful to customers and contractors. In the 20 years I've been in this trade, I've never seen corners cut like this. We installed a hickory wood floor that requires a 3/4" to 3/8" gap to allow for expansion. He told me to cut an 1/8". The homeowner even knew that was not right and Damien just said that's how it's done. Only once doing a moisture test at the shop that read at 14% and never again. Not upon delivery of the material or on the day of install. If you choose to use his services, prepare for poor communication and service. This is just one example of what I've whitnessed.
