Was misinformed about the total bill and monthly payments. Service with at n t is not as reliable as tmobile. Really regret chamging services.
I was so impressed with the young man Robert that helped me to get a new phone new service and saved all of my information. I sat and relaxed as he took care of me in a very busy atmosphere. He was calm as I was upset with my other provider and he gently calmed me down and told me not to worry he would help me through it all. Moving from Oklahoma to Colorado and no service off grid .... I now am able to take care of everything now. I felt that he was one of the most polite service person I have came in contact with. Please tell him thank you from me....
Inside picture above is not the actual inside of this one. Nice young gal did greet us when we came in but was dealing with customers. Two other employees decided it would be better for b other of them to help someone who couldn't remember her debit pin. My wife and I stood there for 15 minutes and decided to leave. They were not busy at all for the record
AT&T as a whole is completely unprofessional. The rates are not what they say. They will rip you off. We moved our business accounts, and never once got the rate they promised. If I could give zero stars I would. We will never recommend them to anyone ever.
The lady who helped us was very nice but must have not known what she was doing. Her name is Patricia. She made my 3 phones on separate plans causing my bill to be over $300 a month. We were supposed to be on the unlimited plus plan which would have made my bill $190 but we got the problem fixed by calling customer service.Update: We went back to try and upgrade my dads old phone to another newer dumbphone refused to activate it but sold us a sim card. The reason this is a problem is that the sim card is useless because it was activated in store so now AT&T is rush shipping us a good sim card. I will never go back to this store again they are a bunch of scammers who don't know what their doing.
