Very poor costumer service from chris the manager, didn't put us in for the advance from HR block, then when a week goes by no return phone calls, we called called and called and only when i told the lady a different name did chris take my call. Dont go here, i will be using turbo tax next year. He didnt even explain to us why we didnt get child credit........i had to look it up and find out my son was not alive for 6 months in the tax year (born in August) they just want people in and out as fast as possible, charge as many people as they can and move on.
Horrible customer service very dishonest owner and Tax Associates. I have used H&R Block for years now and have always had great luck with them until I moved over to Penrose decided to have H&R Block in Canyon City do my taxes this year, by far my worst mistake I have ever made! My tax associate I worked with in Canon City charged me for two schedule Cs when it wasn't needed and also didn't offer me the Peace of Mind. I took my taxes to H&R Block in Arvada had my tax associate look over my taxes and found out Canyon City H&R Block double charged me and now refusing to pay back the money that I paid them to do my taxes, lucky I purchased the peace of mind, for this exact reason I will never go back to H&R Block in Canyon City ever again the owner is very unprofessional ignorant ass hole..
Very BAD experience, they made a huge mistake and didn't offer my fee back like they advertise they do! No integrity at all.
This place is unethical and knowledgeable. I have used H & R Block in other towns and thought I would be able to rely on Canon City's office to provide a reasonable service, but I was very wrong. I strongly suggest you should consider another firm and not this one!
